Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Rule: Hesappo Premium is a digital service with instant access. As a rule, refunds are not available after activation. Technical issues and exceptional cases are described below.
1. General Information
Hesappo Premium membership is a digital product offered via Shopier. Payments are made in Turkish Lira. This policy has been prepared in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer protection legislation.
2. Digital Product & Right of Withdrawal
Hesappo Premium is a digital service that is instantly transferred to your account upon purchase completion.
In accordance with applicable Turkish consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content whose performance has commenced with the consumer's consent.
Therefore, refunds are not available once Premium has been activated on your account.
3. Exception: Technical Issue
If your payment was successfully completed but Premium was not assigned to your account, this may be due to a technical issue.
In this case:
- Prepare your payment receipt (Shopier order number or screenshot)
- Send an email to info@hesappo.com
- Your account will be manually activated within 1 business day
If the technical issue cannot be resolved within 24 hours, a full refund may be considered. Your request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
4. Plan Changes
For plan change or downgrade requests, write to info@hesappo.com. Pro-rata refund consideration is handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after using Premium features
- Misunderstanding of how the app works (we recommend contacting support before purchasing)
- Account closure due to violation of terms of service
- Unable to match purchase due to different email used
6. Service Termination
If Hesappo completely discontinues its service, users with active Premium memberships will receive a pro-rata refund. This notice will be sent to your registered email at least 30 days in advance.
