1. General

These terms apply to all users of the Hesappo service available at hesappo.com.

2. Service Description

Hesappo is a web-based application for tracking shared expenses between groups. Core features are free; a Premium membership is required for unlimited groups, WhatsApp debt summaries, Excel export, and advanced features.

Hesappo is not a payment processor, bank, or financial institution. The app is used solely for expense recording and balance tracking — it does not perform real money transfers.

3. Account Creation

A valid email address is required to register.
Hesappo is intended for adult users. By using the app you declare you are 18 or older.
You are responsible for account security; do not share your password.
Creating accounts with false, misleading, or another person's information is prohibited.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify info@hesappo.com immediately.

4. Premium Membership & Payments

Premium membership is purchased via Shopier. It is a digital product; see the Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Premium features are automatically activated after payment is completed.
The email used for purchase must match your Hesappo account.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew; a separate purchase is required each period.

5. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

Using the app for illegal purposes or in ways that harm others
Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts
Actions that damage infrastructure (DDoS, SQL injection, etc.)
Spreading spam, viruses, or malicious content
Collecting or sharing others' personal data without consent

6. Limitation of Liability

Hesappo is not responsible for:

Financial disputes or debt disagreements between users
Calculation differences arising from data entered incorrectly by users
Force majeure, server failures, or third-party service outages

The service is provided "as-is". No guarantee of uninterrupted operation is given, though technical measures are taken to maximize availability.

7. Intellectual Property

The Hesappo brand, logo, interface design, and original software code belong to Hesappo. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Data entered by users (group names, expense descriptions) belongs to them; Hesappo does not access this data for any purpose other than providing the service.

8. Account Termination

Hesappo reserves the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice in case of violations. To close your account, write to info@hesappo.com.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated without prior notice. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email. Continuing to use the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
